Logging
Syncplify.me Server! logs all SSH, SFTP, and FTP(E/S) connections and transfers using the W3C Extended Log File format. As explicitly required by such standard, all timestamps in these logs files are in UTC (which is GMT without daylight savings bias) and this cannot be changed.
Supported log destinations:
•File: log files are written to a directory on disk
•SysLog: log lines are sent to a SysLog server over the network
Supported log detail levels:
•Standard: all connections and transfers are logged, without human-readable comments
•Verbose: all connections and transfers are logged, and each log line has an additional human-readable comment at the end
•Debug: a humongous amount of data is logged, so this should really be used only for debugging
